All items ordered will ship within 10 business days. We primarily dispatch goods via USPS. After your order leaves our studio, USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Once your Balm & Co. items are on the way, you will receive an email notification that contains tracking information.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L  S H I P P I N G

We currently only ship to Canada. Please note that international orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive after we ship them. All international orders must pass through customs. With that said, delivery times may vary and are out of our control.

O R D E R  I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us so we can accommodate your needs! Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will always try our hardest to resolve any issues that arise.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches and are 100% natural. They may have minor variations batch to batch (i.e. slight changes in color or texture).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order delivery.

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We may offer replacements or store credit under certain circumstances. Please send us an email at balmandco@gmail.com with any order concerns.

Please note that Balm & Co. is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or the like. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Balm & Co.
